BUILDING ASSESSMENT CONSULTING SERVICES OPTION:

Due to the nature of the Lower Mainland's competitive Real Estate market, potential buyers can often find themselves placing unsuccessful bids on homes after already paying for an Assessment/Inspection.  For this reason, we offer you the choice of a $250 consult where we do a walk-through of the property together (client and consultant) and discuss visible conditions and possible significant issues.  there is not a written report for this consult.  This is a great option for multiple offer scenarios where a subject free offer may be required.

This Consult Service is also recommended for new builds when the buyer has chosen not to have the home inspected or have had an inspection but are approaching the end of a warranty period and require a non-bias view of the home.

This is a great option for anyone requiring professional (Inspector/Consultant) advise.  Every consultation provides use of a Thermal imaging camera in areas prone to issues. 

Consults are not inspections they are as the name implies, a consultation only.  These consults are an opportunity to attain some information, full inspections are recommended by a qualified, licensed Home Inspector to uncover the full picture of the accessible areas of the house.
